AEPA provides an opportunity for sharing of experiences and information that will enhance the professionalism of its members and will improve the experience of Seventh-day Adventist meeting attendees worldwide.

Networking: New ideas, new concepts. This is were we want to compile your ideas to share with others that are new to the meeting planner and those who have many years of planning. You will find professional contacts in his/her area of field.
 
National account benefit: Combine resources with the NAD, local unions and conferences. Receive discounts on products and services through the General Conference national accounts program
 
Hotel report data base: The Hotel Database is only available to AEPA voting members.  To "Join AEPA Now" click on the link.  You'll have access to this hotel usage database and much more!   The hotel database has been created to provide a location for members to document their hotel usage. It also includes information which will assist in creating meeting history for your events.   One of the benefits of belonging to AEPA is leverage for your group when negotiating hotel and meeting space rates. Hoteliers listen when you say, “The Seventh-day Adventist Church has used XXX rooms within your brand of hotel so far this year.”   The process of recording your data is simple. All AEPA members will benefit from your meeting data. It is important that you provide as much information as possible regarding your event.  
 
Members Only Website Access:  As a voting member, you will have automatic access to valuable information found only under the last three tabs at the top of this web page:  Certain functions under RESOURCES, CALENDAR OF EVENTS, and MEMBER DIRECTORY.  These specific areas are exclusive to members only because of the high degree of security we've placed on your personal contact information, but at the same time allowing members to contact other members directly. Members will have access to North American Division and General Conference calendar information and dates that have only been approved to be shared with this association and its members.
 
Meeting forms and sample contracts: We have posted sample PDF downloadable forms and contracts for your review and plan to have helpful forms listed regularly for your use and development for your event. However, as a meeting planner, you will always need to consult with your legal department since each state has rules for contract writing and its content.
